Growth Product Manager
As a Growth Product Manager, you will drive the strategic direction and execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our e-commerce platform. This role requires a blend of product management, data analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize the customer journey and overall business performance.
This is a full-time position reporting to the VP of Product, and you can be located anywhere in the US.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize growth opportunities aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and execute a growth roadmap based on data-driven insights and market trends.
User Acquisition and Retention:
- Implement strategies to attract new contractors and improve conversion rates.
- Optimize retention tactics including loyalty programs, personalized experiences, and re-engagement campaigns.
A/B Testing, Analytics, and User Experience:
- Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and conduct A/B testing to optimize the product experience.
- Utilize major analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe) and possess strong analytical skills.
Marketing Technology Proficiency:
- Utilize demand generation, marketing automation, and SEO tools to drive traffic and convert visitors into customers.
- Vet ideas, prioritize tests, and execute efficient test plans adhering to proper methodologies.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to measure growth initiatives' impact, track key metrics, and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress and recommendations to stakeholders.
Experimentation and Iteration:
- Lead experiments and iterative testing to validate hypotheses and identify areas for improvement.
- Employ intermediate-level research tools (e.g., HotJar, SurveyMonkey) to gather insights and improve strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, Product Management, or related fields
- Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a product manager within a technology environment, with a track record of successfully delivering complex products, preferably e-commerce products in both B2B and B2C applications.
- Tools: Proficiency in major analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe), marketing automation, demand generation, and SEO tools.
