This is a full-time position reporting to the VP of Product, and you can be located anywhere in the US.

  • Supports the development of, and executes digital experience strategies that drive user engagement, retention, and conversion
  • Set and take ownership of the vision for an electrification portal that serve as user-friendly entry points for our services and resources, This portal facilitates self-service onboarding, empowers users to shop, acquire knowledge from a community, and participate in selling through a white-label solution
  • Evangelize the vision constantly so all stakeholders are aligned, have context and understand where we are going
  • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Own the product roadmap and backlog. Make tough strategic and tactical prioritization decisions while helping the company think long-term. Build trust with stakeholders by maintaining an understandable, accurate roadmap
  • Collaborates with all areas of the customers, digital and other key stakeholders to develop and launch new features and experiences
  • Manages product backlog through market research, requirements building and close collaboration with our technology partners
  • Works closely with design leads to build a user first mindset when it comes to experience
  • Create creative, simple, and highly usable solutions for how products interact in response to human behavior
  • Conduct research and analyze insights to make recommendations and decisions on how to enhance product features
  • Advocate for the user and deeply understand their needs
  • Report the status of work clearly to stakeholders and provide visibility to designs.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Management, or related fields
  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a product manager within a technology environment, with a track record of successfully delivering complex products, preferably e-commerce products in both B2B and B2C applications.
  • Tools: Proficient in Roadmunk, Azure DevOps, and other development management tools.
  • Skills and Attributes:
    • Self-motivated and team-oriented individual with a passion for making a positive impact.
    • Experience in managing dependencies and earning the trust and agreement of stakeholders to deliver successful products.
    • Background in collaborating with software engineering and development teams
    • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving business objectives, requirements, and feedback.
    • Deadline-Driven: Capability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Customer-Focused: Empathy for users and a passion for creating great user experiences.
  • Additional experience preferred, but not required
    • Strong understanding of online community dynamics, user behavior, and community development along with ecommerce best practices.
